Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
